সেবা

Decision Companion ("অ্যাপ") Saifuliya Mart পরিচালনা করে। অ্যাপটি দোকানের খরচ, দাম, বাকি ও লাভ-ক্ষতির হিসাব করে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে সাহায্য করে। আপনার দোকানের হিসাব আপনার ফোনেই থাকে, যদি না আপনি নিজে সার্ভারে কপি রাখা (সিঙ্ক) চালু করেন।

অ্যাকাউন্ট

পাইলটে আমন্ত্রণ কোড দিয়ে ফোন যুক্ত হয়। আপনার ফোন ও কোড নিরাপদে রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। পেমেন্ট আপনার যুক্ত অ্যাকাউন্টের সঙ্গে জোড়া থাকে।

পেমেন্ট

• পেমেন্ট বিকাশের মাধ্যমে হয়। বিকাশ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়েতে আপনি বিকাশের নিজের পাতায় নম্বর, OTP ও পিন দেন। আমরা আপনার পিন বা OTP কখনো চাই না, দেখি না, রাখি না।
• মূল্য, নবায়ন ও বাতিলের নিয়ম: মূল্য, সাবস্ক্রিপশন ও বাতিল। টাকা ফেরত: টাকা ফেরত নীতি।

ব্যবহারের নিয়ম

• অ্যাপ বেআইনি কাজে, অন্যের তথ্য চুরিতে বা সার্ভারে আক্রমণে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
• অন্যের ট্রানজেকশন আইডি দেওয়া বা ভুয়া পেমেন্ট দেখানো যাবে না।
• এসব করলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারি। বন্ধ করার আগে সম্ভব হলে কারণ জানানো হবে।

দায়

• অ্যাপের হিসাব আপনার দেওয়া সংখ্যার উপর নির্ভর করে। এটি পরামর্শ, নিশ্চয়তা নয়। ব্যবসার সিদ্ধান্ত ও ফলাফলের দায় আপনার।
• আইন যতটা অনুমতি দেয়, কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমাদের দায় সর্বোচ্চ আপনার শেষ 1 মাসে দেওয়া টাকার সমান।
• রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বা ইন্টারনেট সমস্যায় সার্ভার কিছু সময় বন্ধ থাকতে পারে। আপনার ফোনের হিসাব তখনও চলবে।

পরিবর্তন ও আইন

শর্ত বদলালে অ্যাপে আগে থেকে জানানো হবে। এই শর্ত বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী চলবে।

The service

Decision Companion ("the app") is run by Saifuliya Mart. It helps you work out costs, prices, baki (money owed) and profit for a shop, so you can decide. Your shop records stay on your phone unless you turn on keeping a copy on our server (sync) yourself.

Account

In the pilot a phone is linked with an invite code. Keeping your phone and code safe is your responsibility. Payments are tied to your linked account.

Payments

• Payments go through bKash. On the bKash payment gateway you type your number, OTP and PIN on bKash's own page. We never ask for, see or store your PIN or OTP.
• Price, renewal and cancelling: Pricing, Subscription and cancellation. Refunds: Refund policy.

Fair use

• Do not use the app for anything illegal, to take other people's data, or to attack the server.
• Do not submit someone else's transaction ID or fake a payment.
• If this happens we may close the account. Where possible we tell you why first.

Liability

• The app's answers depend on the numbers you enter. They are guidance, not a guarantee. Business decisions and their results are yours.
• As far as the law allows, our liability for any loss is at most what you paid us in the last 1 month.
• The server may be down for a while for maintenance or internet problems. The records on your phone keep working.

Changes and law

If these terms change, we tell you in the app beforehand. These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
