প্ল্যান ও মেয়াদ

মাসিক প্ল্যান ৳ 99 (30 দিন), বার্ষিক প্ল্যান ৳ 999 (365 দিন); মাসিকই সাধারণ পছন্দ। মেয়াদ গোনা শুরু হয় পেমেন্ট সফল হওয়ার সময় থেকে। নতুন ব্যবহারকারীরা প্রথম 30 দিন বিনামূল্যে সব সুবিধা পান। মেয়াদ থাকতেই আবার পেমেন্ট করলে নতুন 30 দিন আগের মেয়াদ শেষের তারিখ থেকে যোগ হয়, কোনো দিন নষ্ট হয় না।

নবায়ন

• নবায়ন নিজে করতে হয়। আমরা কখনো নিজে থেকে আপনার বিকাশ থেকে টাকা কাটি না।
• মেয়াদ শেষের 3 দিন আগে ও শেষের দিনে অ্যাপে মনে করিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। আপনি চাইলে আমরা WhatsApp-এও মনে করিয়ে দিতে পারি।
• মেয়াদ শেষের পরে 3 দিন বাড়তি সময় (গ্রেস পিরিয়ড) থাকে, তখনও অ্যাপ চালু থাকে।
• বাড়তি সময় শেষে পেমেন্ট না হলে আগের হিসাব দেখা, কপি নামানো ও সহজ চেক-আপ হিসাব চালু থাকে; হিসাব লেখা/বদলানো ও সিদ্ধান্তের টুল থেমে থাকে। আপনার হিসাব মুছে যায় না।

বাতিল (নবায়ন বন্ধ)

• যেকোনো সময় বাতিল করতে পারেন: অ্যাপের "আরও" পাতায় "নবায়ন বন্ধ করুন" চাপুন, অথবা WhatsApp-এ জানান।
• বাতিল করলে আর মনে করানো হবে না। যে দিন পর্যন্ত টাকা দেওয়া আছে, সেদিন পর্যন্ত অ্যাপ চালু থাকবে।
• বাতিল করলে নিজে থেকে টাকা ফেরত হয় না। ফেরতের নিয়ম টাকা ফেরত নীতি-তে আছে।
• মত বদলালে "নবায়ন চালু রাখুন" চাপুন।

পাইলট ব্যবহারকারী

পাইলট চলাকালীন পাইলট ব্যবহারকারীদের কোনো টাকা দিতে হয় না। পেইড চালুর পর 30 দিনের মধ্যে কিনলে প্রথম 3 মাস মোট ৳ 200 (একবারই)। এই 30 দিন অ্যাপের সব সুবিধা চালু থাকবে। খসড়া: অফারের 30 দিন সব সুবিধা চালু রাখার বিষয়টি মালিক নিশ্চিত করবেন।

পরিবর্তন

মূল্য বা এই নিয়ম বদলালে অন্তত 15 দিন আগে অ্যাপে জানানো হবে। নতুন মূল্য পরের নবায়ন থেকে প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Plan and length

Monthly costs BDT 99 (30 days) and yearly BDT 999 (365 days); monthly is the default. Time starts when the payment succeeds. New users get the first 30 days free with every feature. If you pay again while the plan is still on, the new 30 days are added from the old end date, so no days are lost.

Renewal

• You renew yourself. We never take money from your bKash automatically.
• The app reminds you 3 days before the end date and on the end date. If you like, we can also remind you on WhatsApp.
• After the end date there are 3 extra days (grace period) when the app stays on.
• If no payment arrives by the end of the grace period, you can still view and export your records and use the simple check-up calculator; editing and the decision tools pause. Your records are not deleted.

Cancelling (stop renewing)

• You can cancel at any time: in the app open More and tap "Stop renewing", or tell us on WhatsApp.
• After cancelling you get no more reminders. The app stays on until the date you have paid for.
• Cancelling does not refund money by itself. Refunds follow the Refund policy.
• Changed your mind? Tap "Keep renewing".

Pilot users

During the pilot, pilot users pay nothing. Pilot users who buy within 30 days of paid launch get their first 3 months for BDT 200 in total (once). Every feature stays on during those 30 days. DRAFT: owner to confirm full access during the 30-day offer window.

Changes

If the price or these rules change, we tell you in the app at least 15 days before. A new price applies from your next renewal.
